STRUCTURE:
We use SIP (Structurally Insulated Panels) and kiln-dried timber as a structural frame. All wood elements are FSC certified, fire and bio treated. The panel itself consists of two 10-12mm OSB-3 with E1 formaldehyde emission class (allowed to be used in public, residential, medical premises) and 150 (walls) - 200mm (floors and ceiling) self-extinguishing 17 kg/m3 EPS (expanded polystyrene).
ROOF:
Flat roof with PVC membrane.
FACADE:
Tikkurila painted plywood cladding. Color can be chosen from catalog.
INTERIORS:
All white matt painted seamless drywall with no skirting boards.
8mm 33 class beveled laminate flooring.
Option: premium parquet flooring.
BATHROOM:
Kerama Marazzi Temari white mat mosaic walls and Castello dark grey mosaic floor.
SANITARY WARE:
Grohe faucets, shower head and toilet with in-wall carrier.
Cersanit sink with cabinet.
Hidden electric water heater.
Option: Marrbaxx sink (special for washing machines).
HEATING:
Ballu Enzo wall convector with electronic control.
Heated floors everywhere.
Option: change to Ballu Apollo wall convector with minimalist design and internet app control.
COOLING:
OTEX OWM-07RP AC unit.
Option: change to inverter AC split system with heating function up to -20 outside temperature.
VENTILATION:
Noiseless exhaust fan in bathroom and connection point for kitchen exhaust.
Option: Mitsubishi Lossnay air handling unit (supply/exhaust) with recuperator.
ELECTRICAL:
Schneider sockets, switches and circuit-breakers.
LED facade lighting and interior lighting fixtures.
WINDOWS:
Anthracite gray windows from the five-chamber German made 76 mm deep Salamander Streamline profile with a coefficient of heat transfer resistance of 0.8 m2*C/W. Fittings – Winkhaus (Germany). Glazing – two-chamber 40mm (3 glasses of 4mm each), with ultra-transparent Guardian glass and energy-saving Guardian ClimaGuard N glass, covered with a special transparent coating that effectively retains heat in the room. Glasses have increased transparency and do not distort colors. In order to safely operate the unit, the largest window comes with 3 layers of 6 mm thick tempered glass.
All windows come with high quality door type mosquito nets.
DOORS:
Metal door with 1.5mm thick steel frame and two-chamber edge-to-edge glazing. Powder painted to RAL 7024. Door lock – cylindric Guardian 3221. Black matte door handle.
